    Excellent taste!

    Excellent tasting! Superior source of protein! I've been busy working elections for the past month, with just half hour lunches. Had my yummy can of brain boosting sardines with crackers along with cut up fresh veggies for a powerhouse lunch. This old gal came out of retirement for this job and kicked butt! I'm sure part of it was my brain charged meals!!
